Avenger Endgame, is it going to be the highest grossing movie in history?

Get your tickets here, or not, Marvel Studios is smashing records with its new movie Avengers Endgame. All over the world, ticket pre-sale, which started on April 2, skyrocketed, and unbelievably, New York City was completely sold out!  Before the movie even aired, Marvel Studios made $60 million in presales. In the first day, it increased to over $250 million in the US alone. In opening weekend, Endgame rose to 1.2 billion dollars world-wide. Right now opening weekend of Endgame is just shy of the grossing of Iron Man 3. But don’t let that fool you, this movie is no let down.

Out of 10, 10 being the best, I would rate this a 12. From the intersection of other movies to the all out action, to a complete closure, this movie will be in the books for centuries. If you like some slow character building as well as action and suspenseful scenes, this is the perfect movie for you. For the whole movie, I was on the edge of my seat. If you haven’t seen the movie yet, take my advice, stay away from mean spoilers. This was a true groundbreaker and it my opinion, beats most Marvel movies.

Shockingly enough, the new Bow Tie Cinemas in Manhasset had a grand reopening on Thursday, so I was able to see the movie without pre buying it. The movie is still playing in the Manhasset Theatre and is three hours long but you won’t regret any minute. Also, just to let you know, there are no post credit scenes. Grab a large bag of popcorn and enjoy.
